Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an order on our website. By confirming that you have read these Terms when you submit an order through the website, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
To purchase any products for sale on our website, you need to submit a completed order and make full payment for that order using the payment system provided. Please provide a valid email address otherwise we will not be able to confirm receipt of your order. Your order will be confirmed automatically by email once the payment has been processed. This email constitutes your order confirmation.
Center Orders: Management of Center accounts are the responsibility of the Center that holds the account. Tharpa US assumes that any order made from a Center account has been previously approved by the Administrative Director of that Center.
Orders for delivery outside the US (e.g. to Canada, Mexico, Europe, etc.) may be forwarded to the Tharpa offices in that country for fulfillment. In such cases this will have no effect on your payment or delivery.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. This isn't guaranteed, but we try our best.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially in the case of severe weather conditions or other circumstances which may delay delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the Confirmation. All delivery times quoted are estimated times and are subject to inventory availability. We are not liable for any delay or failure to supply the goods where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; i.e. an explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance, strike, any form of Government action, failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address.
If inventory is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we expect the items ordered to come into stock. You can then let us know whether you would like to wait or if you would like to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us. We will refund you the money paid for any goods which cannot be supplied.
If you have an urgent order, please email (email is fastest) or call us and let us know what you need. We will try our best to accommodate your order, if possible.
The price you pay for the goods shall be the price set out in our Confirmation. All prices are quoted in US dollars. NY State tax will apply. The price of the goods excludes the cost of packaging and delivery. These charges are specified separately.
We reserve the right to adjust the price of any products on this website without notice.
Online orders must be paid by credit or debit cards via our secure payment system. All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. The payment will be charged to your card as soon as your order is confirmed.
Center orders must be paid by within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.
You have the right to cancel your order any time prior to shipping. After shipping, please see our Returns Policy below.
We want you to be happy with your Tharpa products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return items within 30 days of the ship date, with the following conditions:
Provided the goods are returned to us in accordance with the conditions specified above, we will refund your payment for the good (less any payment for shipping). The refund will be for the price of the items returned as stated on your invoice, excluding all delivery charges.
If the reason for the return is the result of our error (e.g. if we shipped damaged goods or shipped the wrong item), we will also refund the delivery charges. In the case of damaged good or shipping the wrong item, we reserve the right to replace the item, rather than refund your payment.

If the goods delivered to you do not include all of the items that you ordered, if items you ordered are missing from your order, or if we shipped damaged items, you may return such goods to us. You need to contact us (in writing by email is preferred) within 14 days from the date of delivery. All such returns must be made in their original condition with a brief explanation of the fault or damage. We can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty or damaged.
Upon receipt of the goods in question, and following an examination of them, we will credit you with an appropriate refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us specifying the nature of the problem. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.
