The Root Tantra of Heruka and Vajrayogini

The Heruka Root Tantras belong to the Highest Yoga Tantra of Vajrayana Buddhism. Buddha taught extensive, middling and condensed Heruka Root Tantras. Of these, only the Condensed Heruka Root Tantra has been translated from Sanskrit into Tibetan. This booklet is a translation of the first and last chapters of the Condensed Heruka Root Tantra from Tibetan into English. Each word of the root Tantra has many different meanings, and out of his realized experience Geshe Kelsang has translated the hidden meaning of these chapters.
