These five stages are: (1) identifying one's own mind and meditation on tranquil abiding; (2) realizing emptiness and meditation on superior seeing; (3) meditation on the central channel, the yoga of the channels; (4) meditation on the indestructible drop, the yoga of the drop; and (5) meditation on the indestructible wind, the yoga of wind. This book has been written in Tibetan. We hope that we will soon be able to translate this text into English and many other languages.
