PRIVACY

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. To understand what personal information we collect and how we use this read our privacy notice here.

YOUR CONTRACT WITH US

To purchase any products for sale on our website, you need to submit a completed order and make full payment for that order using the payment system provided. Please provide a valid email address otherwise we will not be able to confirm receipt of your order. Your order will be confirmed automatically by email once the payment has been processed. This email constitutes your order confirmation.

Orders for delivery overseas, outside of the UK and European Union, e.g. to Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the United States or Canada, may be forwarded to an overseas Tharpa distributor for fulfilment. In such cases this will have no effect on your payment or delivery.

Goods purchased from this website are for personal use only and not for resale.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially in the case of severe weather conditions or other circumstances which delay deliveries by the mail services.

For UK deliveries: if you have not received your order within 7 working days, and have received no notification from us giving reasons for delay, please contact us by telephone or email.

For deliveries to mainland Europe, Asia, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and other overseas territories, please allow 14 to 21 working days for receipt of your order.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the Confirmation. All delivery times quoted are estimated times and are subject to stock availability. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to supply the goods where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; i.e. an explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance, strike, any form of Government action, failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address.

Where goods are temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we expect the goods ordered to come into stock. You can then let us know whether you would like to wait until the goods come into stock or if you would like to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us. We will refund you the money paid for any goods which cannot be supplied.

CUSTOMS & EXCISE DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For all customers outside the UK, customs & excise duties and import taxes may be charged by your national customs’ authorities. Tharpa has no control of these charges and these must be paid to the customs authorities by the person who ordered the items, or by the person named as the recipient.

URGENT ORDERS & DELIVERIES

If you have a delivery deadline or an urgent order, please email or call us and let us know your requirements.

PRICE

The price you pay for the goods shall be the price set out in our Confirmation. All prices are quoted in GB pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax. The price of the goods excludes the cost of packaging and delivery. These charges are specified separately.

We reserve the right to revise the price of any products on this website without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS

You may pay for your order by credit or debit card. Credit and debit card payments for orders submitted via the website must be made online via our secure payment system.

All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. The payment will be charged to your card as soon as your order is acknowledged.

OUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order any time prior to despatch. If your order has already been despatched when you choose to cancel, please see our Returns Policy below.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why, under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

The following conditions will apply:

  • You need to contact us to report the problem or your wish to return.
  • The goods must be in a saleable condition.
  • You must quote your Invoice Number and state which goods you are returning.
  • You will be responsible for and will pay the cost of returning the goods to us, except where they were faulty or damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
  • If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept their return and your payment will not be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you pack them carefully, obtain proof of despatch and arrange appropriate insurance.

Provided goods are returned to us in accordance with the conditions specified above, and within 30 days of receipt of your written notice of cancellation, we will refund any monies paid to us in respect of the cancelled order. The refund will be for the price of the Goods returned as stated on your invoice, excluding all delivery charges.

If the reason for the return is the result of our error or if the product was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery charges.

No right of cancellation exists where the goods that you wish to return are:

  • audio or video products that have been removed from the sealed package in which they were delivered
  • downloaded material such as audio meditations or prayers
  • canvas prints
  • gift cards

This does not affect your right to return incorrect or damaged goods - see below.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

If the goods delivered to you do not include all of the items that you ordered, or include incorrect or damaged items, you may return such goods to us. You need to contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. All such returns must be made in their original condition with a brief explanation of the fault or damage. We can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty or damaged.

Upon receipt of the goods in question, and following an examination of them, we will credit you with an appropriate refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

COMPLAINTS

In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of our Goods, please contact us specifying the nature of the problem. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
