My genuine experience:

Brought this book thinking it was generically written on Meditation only to find it was based on the traditional buddhist 21 Lamrim meditations.

I have been studying from many of Geshe-la's books and so it was only a matter of time before I was prepared to make full use of this concise manual.

Beautifully presented and easy to follow once you have a basic understanding. Working on establishing a routine practice and I know I can rely on this book. (Posted on 27/06/2019)
