The Wisdom Buddha, the manifestation of all the Buddhas’ wisdom. He has an orange-coloured body and holds a wisdom sword and a scripture of the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra in Eight Thousand Lines. These signify that he principally teaches the profound view of emptiness, ultimate truth, explained in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutras (symbolized by the scripture) by means of his omniscient wisdom (symbolized by the sword).
The Wisdom Buddha; the manifestation of all the Buddhas’ wisdom. His right hand holds a wisdom sword symbolizing his wisdom that cuts through ignorance. His left hand at his heart holds the stem of an upala flower that supports the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra in Eight Thousand Lines, indicating that by relying upon Manjushri we can develop the wisdom eye with which we can see the entire meaning of Buddha’s Perfection of Wisdom Sutras.
