I ordered some items in error, can I return them?

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why, under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

The following conditions will apply:

• You need to contact us to report the problem or your wish to return.
• The goods must be in a saleable condition.
• You must quote your Invoice Number and state which goods you are returning.
• You will be responsible for and will pay the cost of returning the goods to us, except where they were faulty or damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
• We recommend you pack them carefully, obtain proof of despatch and arrange appropriate insurance.

Provided goods are returned to us in accordance with the conditions specified above, and within 30 days of receipt of your written notice of cancellation, we will refund any monies paid to us in respect of the cancelled order. The refund will be for the price of the Goods returned as stated on your invoice, excluding all delivery charges.

If the reason for the return is the result of our error or if the product was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery charges.

No right of cancellation exists where the goods that you wish to return are:

Audio or video products that have been removed from the sealed package in which they were delivered

• Downloaded material such as audio meditations or prayers
• Canvas prints
• Gift cards

This does not affect your right to return incorrect or damaged goods.
