I'm placing an order for an NKT Buddhist Centre. What should I enter in the 'Purchase Order' field at checkout?
You can enter whatever you like here. The information you enter as a purchase order number is entirely for your own use. It will appear on your order confirmation and invoice. Your Administrative Director or Treasurer may like to provide you with a purchase order number so they can match up the Tharpa invoice with their own record of the purchase.
Do Tharpa Gift Cards expire?
Tharpa Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from purchase and will automatically expire after this date. For Gift eCard (delivered by email) the recipient will receive an email notification 2 weeks before the card is due to expire reminding them to to use the card before it expires (if the card still has credit on it).
I ordered an email gift card but the receipient has not received it. What should I do?
