Songs of the Heroes - Audio

This short self-generation practice of the body mandala of Heruka, the Buddha of compassion in Highest Yoga Tantra is for those who have received the Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment of Heruka body mandala and who wish to engage in a short daily Heruka practice. Also included is an audio recording of the brief Heruka tsog offering practice, entitled Assembly of Good Fortune, found in the book Essence of Vajrayana. Short pauses have been included in the prayers, which indicate where, if you wish, you can pause the CD for meditation or mantra recitation.
