Wonderful for meditationReview by KR
What a powerful practice. Sutra and Tantra in the same booklet. I love everything about it: the Refuge practice, the meditation with each of the seven limbs of practice, the Migtsema practice. Especially, the prayer to "the Lord of All Lineages" is so moving for each of the stages of the path to enlightenment.

Wonderful for meditation. (Posted on 19/09/2016)
