This is a true gem and should be treasured as such.

There are very few things in this life that give what this book gives, and so clearly and for free!

It was the title that intrigued me. What is modern about Buddhism?

But just a few pages into the book it started to become clear to me the advice in this book is not only modern - it is essential reading for society today!

It shows what a deep insight Buddha had into human nature and how his teachings relate to our experiences in daily life - explaining how our problems arise and how to solve them by working on our mind.

Who else teaches us that? (Posted on 21/07/2012)
